Our XL crate, measuring 2 meters in height, is our tallest crate and offers great value for money. These crates are made of mixed hardwood, primarily alder, which is a type of softer hardwood logs. These logs adhere to the EU standard size, measuring 25cm in length and 7-15cm in width at the widest edge. They are excellent for use in all wood burning appliances. The hardwood logs are prepared to the highest standards, with an average moisture content of 8-16%. They are Woodsure and Hetas accredited.
